Yogi Kiran Kumar, a 54-year-old Class 1 gazetted officer, served in the Indian Defence Services as a Colonel for 28 years before retiring to dedicate himself fully to yogic practices and sharing this knowledge with those seeking deeper understanding.

At the age of 27, he was initiated into advanced meditative practices by his late guru, Shri Swami Kehavananda, which led to further mastery of advanced yogic techniques. He specializes in disciplines such as advanced Tibetan Yantra Yoga, Kundalini, and Samadhi Kriya Yoga.

His academic credentials include an MS and BS in Science, along with multiple technical certifications in digital forensics and cyber law. He is also in the process of authoring a book titled "Live & Die in Misery."

Yogi Kiran conducts holistic wellness retreats for individuals and corporate employees, offering a range of services that includes psychosomatic healing, plant-based therapies, breathwork from basic to advanced levels, advanced meditative techniques, and exclusive Tibetan Yantra Yoga tailored for advanced practitioners.

**Yogi Kiran's Quotes:**

“Unless the mind is emptied of worldly clutter, the path to enlightenment will remain obscured, and human life will continue to live and die in misery.”

“No guru is needed for your spiritual journey; you are your own guru.”

“There is no God; what exists is a pervading energy in both its pure and altered states.”

“The only way to experience that pure energy state and remain in it is through the practice of Kriya Yoga, gifted by Mahavatar Babaji. This practice involves controlling and balancing prana vayu, the essence of existence and life force energy in all living beings, followed by the advanced six-stage practice of Tibetan Zhing Zang Trul Khor Psa Lung Yantra Yoga, ultimately achieving a spiritually liberated state.”

The soul drifts between ‘Birth-Death-Birth,’ and knowledge flows between ‘Teacher-Student-Teacher.’
